摘要
隨著都市的發展及更新,既有建物拆除重建的案例逐漸增多,既有建物的地上部分較容易拆除,惟地下部分因拆除不易,常成為新建工程設計時的限制條件,亦常成為施工階段發生問題的主因。地下部分包括既有地下室結構體、擋土壁及基樁等,新建工程規劃設計時通常會檢討將其全部解體拆除或局部再利用,尤其當新建工程的規模較大、地下室較深時,更需考量擋土壁位置及型式的選擇、地下結構施工法、既有地下室拆除計畫等,力求品質、工期、工程經費及施工安全性等均符合期望。
本文將以高雄市鹽埕區光復戲院改建為高雄捷運CO1區段標O2車站出入口B共構大樓之案例,說明既有建物拆除重建時,地下結構工程設計與施工原則及考量要點。
英文摘要
As a result of urban renewal, cases of demolishing existing structure and rebuilding at the same site are growing in numbers. Demolishing the above-ground part of an existing structure is much easier than tearing down the underground counterpart. The difficulty of demolishing underground structure results in critical limitations in the design of new structure, and it is also the main cause leading to possible failure in construction stage. The underground part of an existing structure, including existing basement, diaphragm wall and piles, can either be fully or partially demolished subject to the design requirements of the new structure. Factors such as scale of new development, depth of excavation, location and type of retaining wall, construction method, demolishing plan, etc., have to be examined in detail to fulfill requirements on construction quality, schedule and cost.
This article presents a case study of demolishing the existing structure of Gwanhwa Theater at Kaohsung and then rebuilding at the same site for the MRT entrance B of O2 station in CO1 section. This paper also illustrates the design and construction principles for such case.
